I have gained significant experience in international associated firms connected to the Big Four.

With regard to tax consulting, I particularly deal with national and international indirect taxation in the field of VAT.

I provide consultancy on an ongoing basis on direct national taxation: direct IRAP taxes, double taxation agreements, Parent-Subsidiary Directive.

I assist clients with extraordinary transactions, dealing with preliminary and tax due diligence activities and with tax-related issues.

I serve as Statutory Auditor for several industrial and commercial companies and as independent director for companies listed on the AIM.

I have been invited as a speaker in specialised meetings at companies on VAT matters with particular focus on foreign transactions.
