I am a Chartered Accountant and Auditor and for over twenty years I have been providing tax and corporate advisory services to multinationals and large companies belonging to a diverse range of industrial sectors.

In addition to providing on going assistance services, I have specific expertise in extraordinary transactions (I often work alongside investment funds in M&A transactions), evaluation in sale or asset deals, and corporate restructuring.

I assist client companies in settling disputes with the tax authorities, providing assistance in tax audits and defence in tax litigation.

I also deal with generational handover and the defence of family assets: in recent years I have been involved in complex voluntary disclosures, assisting entrepreneurs during the audit stages.

I am an Expert Witness for the Court of Milan and Technical Expert in legal disputes requiring specific economic and business expertise. I hold supervision and control positions for SMEs in the industrial, commercial, services and financial sectors and in companies listed on the AIM market. I am also a member of the board of directors and of governance committees of a leading listed company.

I am a member of the Supervisory Body of hospital enterprises and external auditor of several Foundations.
