Alessia Scaringi
I am a Chartered Accountant and External Auditor. After a recent experience lasting over ten years in an important publishing house where I worked as “Tax Editor” (I was in charge of drafting entire parts of professional books on tax matters), I went back to my previous profession.
I deal with tax (direct and indirect taxes) and corporate (drafting of financial statements, interim reports, minutes of shareholders' meetings and of boards of director meetings) obligations for corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and professionals. I also provide tax advisory services (including written opinions or meetings held directly at the clients' premises) directed above all towards solving issues of great practical interest for the client.
I personally handle issues at Revenue Agency and Collection Agency offices for companies and individuals.
In the past, I have worked with several professional firms in their dealings with large clients. I was involved in issues regarding extraordinary transactions (mergers, transfers of business units, liquidations) and more complex obligations pertaining to the board of statutory auditors and/or external auditors.
I have been directly in charge and supervised a team of several people (professionals and interns) with the aim of examining continuous professional development activities (circulars; brain storming meetings to discuss issues of general interest submitted to us from clients in order to share the solutions found or to be found; press reviews on new legislation, practice, case law and literature).
I have lectured at the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants in evening classes to prepare interns for their Board Examination.
