Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, with over twenty years of experience in leading and multinational consulting firms, I carry out tax and corporate consultancy activities for multinational companies and SMEs operating in various sectors, including real estate, renewable, industrial and services, with a particular focus in the field of compliance and direct and indirect taxes, as well as the structuring of corporate reorganization operations.

Alongside tax consultancy and ongoing assistance in tax and corporate matters, I have a consolidated experience in the Real Estate sector having developed, with reference to the latter, skills that affect all the tax aspects of transactions involving real estate portfolios of institutional investors operating in commercial-retail, logistic and residential.
