I am a Chartered Accountant and External Auditor and I have worked in firms of high standing, gaining significant experience in tax-related issues. I mainly deal with tax, accounting and corporate consultancy for national and international medium / large-sized companies operating in the commercial and industrial sectors.

I also have specific expertise in extraordinary transactions, especially private equity transactions.

With regard to ordinary advisory services, I assist client companies with tax compliance obligations, such as tax calculation, financial statements (OIC and IAS/IFRS), tax returns and other tax obligations relating to direct and indirect taxes.

I also serve as defence counsel in tax disputes, drafting procedural documents and intervening with the tax commissions.

As regards extraordinary transactions, I have gained specific experience in extraordinary private equity transactions with particular focus on tax due diligence activities. I have worked on the drafting of appraisals of businesses and intangible assets, as well as on transfer pricing analysis.

Further to my professional experience, I also work as a journalist (although secondarily). Among the articles contributed are an in-depth article in the Journal of Chartered Accountants “La tassazione degli Immobili all'estero” (“Taxation of Property Abroad”) – 2012, and an article updating the text published in Il Sole24ORE “Operazioni Straordinarie” (“Extraordinary Transactions”) – 2018.
