I am a Chartered Accountant and External Auditor. I mainly provide tax consultancy in the field of financial taxation.

I deal with the tax aspects of extraordinary transactions and with tax and corporate consultancy for banks, stock brokerage firms and financial companies, listed companies, multinational groups and companies listed on financial markets.

Among my professional experiences, I have served as Senior Manager of the Tax Office of a leading bank. My tasks focused mainly on financial product taxation, compliance with the bank’s tax obligations and analysis of the tax implications of new products or specific projects for the Bank.

I serve as independent director and statutory auditor for several industrial, commercial and financial companies and as external auditor for non-profit organisations.

I am a member of the board of directors and governance committees of a leading listed company.
