I am a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. I provide tax and corporate advisory services to multinational companies or national groups of companies, with specific focus on Direct Taxes.

I also assist clients with tax issues and with the evaluation, participations, in sale or asset deals of equity investments, companies or corporate assets, relating to M&A transactions, as well as transactions concerning the admission to trading on markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana (IPO), with particular regard to preliminary tax Due Diligence.

I also deal with all tax issues related to the structuring of corporate reorganisation transactions.

With my long-lasting experience in the field of Voluntary Disclosure, I assist clients with foreign assets tax management (Section RW) and with pre-litigation negotiations in dealings with the tax authorities.

I have also gained specific expertise in the planning and implementation of Organisational and Management Models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/01.

I am a statutory auditor and member of the board of directors of several industrial, commercial and financial companies, a member of the Supervisory Board of industrial and service companies, and a member of the Executive Board and Auditor for non-profit organisations.

I am often invited as a speaker at meetings on tax and business organisation issues, together with law firms, industrialists, bank representatives and other institutional investors.
